A state method to drive development

In 2025, the Commissariat General for Planning helped restore planning in public action through strategic frameworks and the strengthening of programming and monitoring-evaluation tools.

The Commissariat’s ambition is to restore public investment within a rigorous planning logic, grounded in clear benchmarks, ordered priorities and a structured monitoring and evaluation framework.

    In 2025, the Commissariat’s work focused on key initiatives, including the PNCD 2026–2030, the PIP, the SIGIP, the National Development Projects Mapping and the FES.

    The national mapping identified 675 projects across the country, providing a consolidated base for the public project portfolio and investment analysis.

    staff trained

    Capacity-building for sectoral ministries and public administrations: 70 staff trained and 30 certifications delivered through strategic planning programs.
